There is no contact form on this page on purpose: a form that quietly fails is worse than no form at all, and an email leaves you with a copy of what you sent. If your message is about a delivery, the tracking link we email you is the fastest way for us to help, so paste it in. If it is about a return, tell us what went wrong and send a photo if a photo would show it. Returns are free and the window runs 30 days from delivery, under our refund policy.

Questions we get before an order

Will it fit my camera?

Tell us the exact body and we check it. The cotton range threads a thin lace through the lug slot, so it needs a slot the lace can pass through. The rope range ships with loop laces, flat perforated tabs and split rings, which gives it more ways in, including bodies with awkward lugs. How long is the strap?

We do not publish a length, because our suppliers do not measure one and we will not invent a number. What buyers report is that both ranges are long enough to wear cross-body, and that the rope can run long on a compact. If length is your deciding factor, write to us and we will tell you what the reviews say rather than guess.

How much weight will it hold?

The cotton range has a supplier load sheet: 6.6 lb (3 kg) on a single lace, 22 lb (10 kg) with both leather tabs closed. There is no published figure for the rope range, so we do not quote one. The full explanation is on the how we test page.

Can I order two different models?

Yes. The two-strap option lets you pick a different model for each strap, and you can mix the ranges: one cotton, one rope. Choose your pack first, then pick each model separately.

When will it arrive?

Orders leave within 1-2 business days and arrive in 8-10 business days in total, transit included. Shipping is free, and the countries we deliver to are named one by one in the shipping policy.
