Refund & Returns Policy
Last updated: July 29, 2026
How it works
- Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
- Tell us the issue (a photo or short description helps).
- We send you a prepaid return label if the strap needs to come back, or we settle it directly.
- We arrange a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
Who pays for the return
We do. Return shipping is free and there is no restocking fee. You pay nothing to send a strap back within the 30-day window.
If it does not fit your camera
Lug slots differ between bodies, and a strap that will not thread through yours is a valid reason to return it. Tell us the camera model when you write: nine times out of ten the other range fits, and we swap it rather than refund it if you prefer. The compatibility guide covers this before you order.
Damaged or defective on arrival
If a strap is defective on arrival, you do not need to ship it back for a refund in most cases. Send us a photo and we resolve it directly, usually the same day we read your email.
When the money arrives
Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, through Stripe. We issue the refund as soon as the return is agreed; your bank then takes its own time, typically 5 to 10 business days, to show it on your statement.
Cancelling before dispatch
Orders leave within 1-2 business days. If you change your mind before then, email us and we cancel and refund in full, with nothing to send back.
Delivery windows and the countries we ship to are in our shipping policy. Questions before you order are answered on the contact page, buyer feedback is on the reviews page, and our terms of service cover the rest.
